Teen Driving Hotline reserves the right to terminate any user at our discretion. If Teen Driving Hotline terminates the relationship a prorated refund will be issued.

Teen Driving Hotline requires a full payment in advance of the program membership. We do not offer any type of full or partial refunds on cancellations. The account is non-transferable.

It is the customer’s responsibility to manage and update personal information through the Toll Free number provided.

A sticker replacement requires a $10 fee plus $1.45 shipping and handling.

Teen Driving Hotline is an information only service. We provide parents a way to self monitor their children, we are not responsible for how this information is used when disciplining their teens. Placement of the bumper sticker is solely at the discretion of the parents and Teen Driving Hotline cannot be held liable for misuse or placement that disrupts driver’s field of view. Teen Driving Hotline is not a 911 or emergency response service and cannot be responsible for informing police or emergency services.
